Return Policy
Studio Meloen offers a 14 day return policy for prints and apparel. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in. Any additional shipping costs to return an item are your responsibility.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
All ceramic pieces are final sale, therefore they are exempt from being returned.
Damaged items
If your order arrives broken or damaged please contact Studio Meloen within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Studio Meloen does not offer exchanges. The items in my shop are one of a kind and can therefore not be exchanged.
Refunds
Once I’ve received and inspected your return for approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
