Processing times

I aim to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email update with the tracking information. I ship my orders through PostNL, which will hand over the parcel to your local courier for the final leg of delivery.

Damaged or lost goods

Orders are packed with the utmost care to protect your goods during their journey. In the rare occasion your item does arrive broken, please contact orders@studiomeloen.com within 48 hours with an image of your damaged parcel and item. I will get you sorted with a refund or store credit.

Unfortunately Studio Meloen cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have issues with your delivery or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact the relevant courier with your tracking information.
